BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Christopher Hladky, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing financial manager, inputs Eagle Cash card information into the Financial Management Office's computer system here, Feb. 11. The Air Force adopted the program, which gives personnel an alternative to using their debit cards and checks, in early November 2007.
