Hanscom civilian's swim club propels triathlete to Beijing
GENEVA, N.Y. -- Rich Axtell, far right, poses with, from left, Ethan Brown, Tim Crowley, Alicia Kaye and Jarrod Shoemaker following the Musselman Pan American Cup Triathlon. Mr. Axtell is the swim coach while Mr. Crowley is the bike and run coach for triathletes Brown, Kaye and Shoemaker, all of whom are members of Minuteman Masters Swim Club. In addition to coaching the Minuteman Masters Swim Club, Mr. Axtell is a trainee in the Electronic Systems Center's developmental program currently working as a contract specialist in the 66th Contracting Squadron.
