'Dental Olympics' recognizes dental assistants

Kerly MacKay, a dental technician assigned to the 66th Medical Squadron, holds a plastic tooth next to the open mouth of Staff Sgt. Jennifer Grier, also a dental technician, at the Dental Clinic March 9. The event, titled ‘Dental Olympics’ and held in conjunction with National Dental Assistant Appreciation Week, was to try and identify the number location in the mouth. The clinic hosted the event as a way for the technicians to improve their dental skills while celebrating the weeklong appreciation event. (U.S. Air Force photo by Jerry Saslav)
