PhD Program
U.S. Air Force Capt. Jason Rathje, a program manager at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is one of three active-duty captains across the entire Service selected for the 2015 CSAF Prestigious Captains PhD Program. Rathje, who already holds a bachelor's and master's aeronautical degree from MIT, will be pursuing a fully-funded doctorate degree from a top tier civilian institution.
