MDS welcomes new commander

Col. David R. Dunklee, 66th Air Base Group commander, passes the 66th Medical Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. Lynn M. Shinabery during a change of command ceremony at the O'Neill Auditorium on base May 12, while Master Sgt. Jason Oliver, 66 MDS first sergeant, looks on.
