New faciltiy officially opens

Shon Teicheira, Airman and Family Readiness Center superintendent, prepare to cut a ribbon officially opening Hanscom Air Force Base's Community Support Center July 18. The new facility combines in one building the AFRC, Equal Opportunity, Joint Personal Property Shipping Office for outbound personnel, USO and Veterans Administration Benefits Office. It will also be home to the community support coordinator, sexual assault response coordinator and the newly created primary prevention specialist position.
