Dial 911 for an emergency

The clinic does not provide emergency services

In the event of an emergency, dial 911 or go the nearest emergency room. Patients are asked to contact their Primary Care Manager (PCM) within one duty day to report any care received at an emergency room to ensure proper follow-up. To report, call the Appointment Call Center at 781-225-6789 and choose option No. 1.

- For urgent after hours care, contact the on-call provider at 781-225-6789.
