Virtual deskside stretch sessions offered
Air Force Civilian Health Promotion Services officials are offering virtual "deskside stretch" sessions to promote workplace wellness and reduce common musculoskeletal issues.
The live, 20-minute sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays through May 12 at 1 p.m. via Microsoft teams. The guided routines focus on simple stretches designed to address concerns such as carpal tunnel symptoms, hip tightness and poor posture. The sessions are facilitated by Civilian Health Promotion Services personnel and are open to participants with access to the Teams platform. Exercises are designed to be performed at a desk and easily incorporated into a daily routine.
