Annual site visit evaluates base housing effectiveness

conduct site visits annually to evaluate privatized housing communities with focus on joint problem-solving, process improvement and goal alignment of all parties. The team interviews corporate directors from Hunt Military Communities, the property manager at Hanscom AFB, maintenance team, the installation commander, resident advocate, Military Housing Office personnel and residents.
