JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas –  Demonstrating the command's commitment to providing cutting-edge training tools for the benefit of the entire Air Force and Space Force community, Air Education and Training Command officials here announced planned myLearning upgrades designed to improve the performance and reliability of the digital learning platform.

Beginning Aug. 1, 2023, myLearning will undergo a series of upgrades aimed at enhancing the user experience and better meeting the growing training and development needs of Airmen and Guardians.

Users can look forward to a revamped home screen design, streamlined navigation, and a "Featured Content" display carousel. In addition, one-click connectivity to other DAF Learning Services sites, such as the Digital University, myTraining, and JKO, will be available. The introduction of a new color palette will also improve visual recognition.

To accommodate these changes, myLearning will be temporarily unavailable to all users from Aug. 1-3. Therefore, it is highly recommended that learners complete all mandatory, recurring, or required training that will be due between Aug. 1-4 by July 30 to avoid any interruptions.

The upcoming upgrades to the myLearning digital platform bring an array of exciting enhancements that Airmen and Guardians can eagerly anticipate. First and foremost, the home screen design has been completely revamped, offering a fresh and intuitive interface that facilitates easy access to training materials. The navigation system has also been streamlined, ensuring seamless and efficient browsing through the platform's various features and modules.

A new addition to myLearning is the introduction of a dynamic "Featured Content" display carousel, providing users with quick access to the most relevant and important training resources. Moreover, the upgraded platform enables users to connect to other DAF Learning Services sites with just one click, fostering a more integrated and comprehensive learning experience. For example, users can effortlessly navigate to the Digital University, myTraining, and Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) website.

Additionally, a new color palette has been implemented, enhancing visual recognition and making the platform more visually appealing and engaging. These enhancements collectively aim to improve the overall user experience and empower Airmen and Guardians with a robust and user-friendly digital learning environment.

The myLearning platform empowers Airmen and Guardians with 21st-Century student learning, automation, and reporting capabilities. It allows them to complete training off the Department of Defense (DoD) network through a username and password capability.
