Military kids receive scholarships

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Phil Blanchard, Protocol chief, hoists a replica of the American flag from the 1812 time period in front of the Electronic Systems Center headquarters building on June 18, the 200 year anniversary of the beginning of the War of 1812.
