Important notice for Hanscom MPF customers Published July 25, 2008 By Rhonda Siciliano 66th Air Base Wing Public Affairs HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- The 66th Mission Support Squadron Military Personnel Flight's Customer Service section will be closed from July 25 to August 1, for renovations. The closure will only affect the issuance of ID cards and CACs. All other military personnel matters can be addressed on the second floor of Building 1305 during this time. Alternate ID card and CAC issuing offices can be found using this link by going online to http://www.dmdc.osd.mil/rsl/owa/home. Personnel can also update their personal information, for example address changes, by going directly to the DEERS Web site. The renovation is part of an ongoing reorganization to the Military Personnel Flight that will centralize all 66 MPF offices into one convenient location in Building 1305, to better serve the customers. Customers are asked to keep the closure dates in mind when planning their next trip to the Customer Service Section; normal duty hours will resume on August 4. "We appreciate everyone's patience during the closure and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers," said Lt. Col. Mark Bell, 66th Mission Support Squadron commander.
