HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Airmen are invited to attend an Enlisted Force Distribution Panel and Record-Building Workshop at the Minuteman Commons here May 28 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Hosted by Hanscom’s Rising 6 organization, organizers aim to equip senior airman to technical sergeants with the tools needed to strengthen professional records and enhance readiness for promotions, special duty assignments, and leadership opportunities.

“A strong record isn’t just about documentation, it’s about showcasing your impact and potential,” said Tech. Sgt. Valentin Burciaga, Rising 6 president. “This workshop is designed to empower Airmen to advocate for themselves by understanding how to effectively communicate their value to leadership.”

Led by noncommissioned officers, the session will include individualized feedback on evaluation records, guidance on performance documentation, and a Q&A session.

Participants are encouraged to submit their career data brief and last three Enlisted Performance Briefs, if available, to event organizers by May 12 at the emails below.

Organizers are also seeking NCOs to volunteer as mentors and facilitators. These mentors will review records, provide feedback, and lead discussions during the session.

“This is a great chance for NCOs to give back and directly contribute to the development of our future leaders,” said Airman First Class Shawn Charles, Rising 6 vice president.

Airmen can register to attend or volunteer at https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/rFs2SQTpKQ.
