HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Fifteen Team Hanscom Airmen have been selected for promotion to staff sergeant during the Air Force’s 2026 E-5 promotion cycle.
Air Force officials selected 12,671 senior airmen for promotion to staff sergeant out of 39,774 eligibles for a selection rate of 31.86% in the 26E5 cycle.
The Team Hanscom Airmen selected for promotion are:

- Senior Airman Shawn Charles, 66th Medical Squadron
- Senior Airman Kasey Eidson, 66th Air Base Group

- Senior Airman Michael King, 66 MDS
- Senior Airman Jacob Lemanski, 66 MDS
- Senior Airman Carlos Molina Vasquez, 66 MDS
- Senior Airman Chester Roberts, 66th Security Forces Squadron
- Senior Airman Amir Sarzaeim, 66th Force Support Squadron
- Senior Airman Mark Skinner, 66 SFS
- Senior Airman Leaticia Soro, 66th Comptroller Squadron

The average overall score for those selected was 365.18. Selectees’ average time in grade was 2.52 years and time in service was 5.06 years.
