HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- The Battle Management Directorate recently announced the names of the directorate's annual award winners.

"Selection as an HB annual winner means sustained whole-person (or whole-team) accomplishment that stands out among very challenging competition...we are a directorate of results!" Col. Dale VanDusen, HB deputy program executive officer, wrote in an email announcing the winners.

Airman of the Year: Airman 1st Class Korina Martinez

NCO of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Timothy Sigafoos

Senior NCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Simon Garcia

Company Grade Officer of the Year: Capt. Jeffrey Rodriquez

Field Grade Officer of the Year: Maj. Neil Rodgers

Civilian Category I of the Year: Lauren Paradiso

Civilian Category II of the Year: John Delgado

Civilian Category III of the Year: Christopher Carson

Individual Mobilization Augmentee CGO of the Year: Capt. Joshua Tishler

Individual Mobilization Augmentee FGO of the Year: Maj. Kristen Hobbs

Small Team of the Year: Distributed Common Ground System

Large Team of the Year: Maintenance Personnel Integrated Product Team - Command and Control Air Operations Suite-Command and Control Information Services

Each of the individual winners will go on to compete at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center level.
