Summer Focus Week offerings, still time to register Published July 15, 2014 HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- This quarter's Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Focus Week is scheduled for July 28-Aug. 1. As with past offerings, courses will cover a variety of areas and be offered locally, via video teleconference and via the web. "As always, we have a number of courses that are new and a number of courses that are being offered via distance learning," said Alicyn Cerulli, Focus Week coordinator. "We anticipate additional offerings to be included so please visit the Acquisition Now Continuous Learning website often." The Defense Connect Online, or DCO, and classroom offerings include: "Quantifying Product Support Impacts," "Introduction to the FMS Case Financial Dashboard," "The Role of the Program Manager" and "PM Acquisition Strategy Development." The Workforce Development Team encourages personnel to register early, as many classes fill quickly. "You don't want to get locked out of something you want to attend," said Cerulli. A full schedule can be found at, and registration can be made on, the Acquisition Now Continuous Learning website at https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/acqnowcl/. Registrations can continue next week and during focus week. However, some courses fill quickly so the Workforce Development Team recommends registering early. For those who have completed their registration for courses, it is suggested that they confirm their registration, as some updates have been made to the schedule. In addition, offerings through DCO may have an updated URL and dial-in information due to the recent upgrades made by Defense Information Systems Agency. For additional information or questions, contact Cerulli at 781-225-1712.
