Ricky Oliver

Ricky Oliver, chief financial officer and chief information technology officer of the Strategic Services Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass. was nominated for a 2021 Defense Acquisition Workforce Awards in the Services Acquisition category earlier this month.
