STARBASE 130531-F-SF323-001 HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- First Lt. Thaddeus Wright, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center contracts manager, speaks to fifth grade students from Russell Street School in Littleton, Mass. as part of a graduation program from the STARBASE Academy here May 31. Since opening last fall, STARBASE is one of the fastest growing programs among 76 nationally.
