Commander, lieutenant governor talk innovation, collaboration

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Lt. Gen. C.D. Moore II, Life Cycle Management Center commander, and Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Tim Murray talk with participants at the Hanscom Innovation and Collaboration Executive Committee meeting Feb. 13.
