Hanscom welcomes Massachusetts National Guard
HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Gov. Deval Patrick and Maj. Gen. L. Scott Rice, The Adjutant General, Massachusetts National Guard, cut a ribbon signifying the official opening of the Massachusetts National Guard’s new Joint Force Headquarters here Dec. 13. Sen.-elect Elizabeth Warren, Gen. Frank J. Grass, National Guard Bureau chief, Lt. Gov.
