Cooking for the holidays

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Master Sgt. Raul Martinez prepares an appetizer at the Hanscom Conference Center Nov. 15 during a cooking class on how to prepare dishes during the holiday season. Martinez, a certified chef, taught this hands-on class focusing on holiday appetizers and sides. Additional classes are available Dec. 6 and Dec. 20 and cost $35 per person.
