Parade, homecoming, festival and fireworks set for Aug. 30

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Airmen who have returned home from deployment since January, along with their family members, will be honored during this summer's Heroes Homecoming at 1:30 p.m. on Aug. 30 in the parking lot behind the Outdoor Recreation facility. Following Heroes Homecoming, the entire Hanscom community is invited to take part in an end-of-summer festival, called BBQ & Blues, in the same location.
