Commander retires

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Lt. Gen. CR Davis, current military deputy for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition and former Electronic Systems Center commander, pins the Legion of Merit on Col. Mark S. Spillman during his retirement ceremony in the Garden Auditorium July 19.
