Cadet rises to colonel
Then ROTC cadet Mark S. Spillman poses for a photo in the fall of 1985. Spillman, now Electronic Systems Center commander, would rise to the rank of colonel and is retiring from the Air Force after nearly 23 years of service. His ceremony will be held July 19 at 1 p.m. in the Garden Auditorium of Building 1614.
