Oldest, newest E-9s celebrated during Chief’s Recognition Ceremony
HANSCOM AFB, Mass. -- Jerrilyn Rinaldi, the great niece of retired Chief Master Sgt. Esther MacKay, accepts a medallion presented by Chief Sirois on behalf of Chief MacKay from the Charter Chiefs Group. Chief MacKay was appointed an honorary Charter Chief during the Chief’s Recognition Ceremony.
