C-17 Globemaster III

HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – 1st Lt. Maria Juliano, 305th Operations Support Squadron executive officer, discusses the mission of the 305th Operations Group to Alrik Patel, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance -- Air Traffic Management Control Program, and Airman 1st Class Michael Mejia, 66th Comptroller Squadron, on a C-17 Globemaster III assigned to Joint Base McGuire in N.J., May 1. Company Grade Officers, junior enlisted and Junior Force Council members were invited to tour the aircraft, participate in a question and answer session by crew members on their mission and operational experiences. The aircraft was coordinated locally by Col. Norman “Joe” Leonard to provide Hanscom personnel, in particular first-term enlisted and officers, an opportunity to learn more about other major commands within the Air Force.
