Former SECAF speaks at ROTC awards luncheon

BEDFORD, Mass. – Former Secretary of the Air Force Dr. Sheila Widnall addresses an industry association scholarship luncheon at the Doubletree Hotel, April 9. The event, co-sponsored by the Association of Old Crows and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, was a forum for the organizations to present scholarships to deserving local ROTC cadets.
