Rocket launch
HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Students from the Hanscom Middle School participated recently in a rocket box program with members of the Lexington-Concord Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association young AFCEANs on base June 26. Through a “rocket box” grant, students were provided the resources from AFCEA to hold a rocket week at the middle school that enabled them to apply the science they learned in the classroom to a hands-on experience.
