Leadership symposium held
Col. Mike Claffey, Contracting deputy director, speaks to military and civilian employees during the first day of the Hanscom Leadership Symposium in the Lexington Amphitheater at the Hanscom Conference Center, Jan. 6. Hanscom hosted the four-day symposium as part of its professional development curriculum. The symposium is structured around the book, 'The Leadership Challenge,' by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.
