Contingency contracting officers providing critical capability to the warfighter

U.S. Army Col. Frederick Dummar, Afghan National Army Special Operations Command - Special Operations Advisory Group commander, presents 1st Lt. Chase S. Wilke, ANASOC-SOAG contracting advisor, and Battle Management Directorate’s Aerospace Management Systems Branch contracting officer, with the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and Non-Article 5 NATO Medal for International Security Assistance Force last year near the end of his deployment to Afghanistan.
