BTZ promotion
66th Air Base Group Commander Col. Michael A. Vogel and Hanscom Command Chief Master Sgt. Craig A. Poling and other enlisted senior leaders present newly promoted Senior Airman Noelle Valentine, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Detachment 7, with a certificate for a below-the-zone promotion to senior airman at her office on base March 13. Valentine and five others met a BTZ promotion board earlier in the day for the early promotion.
