BTZ promotion
66th Air Base Group Commander Col. Michael A. Vogel and Hanscom Command Chief Master Sgt. Craig A. Poling and other enlisted senior leaders present newly promoted Senior Airman Marniece Clarke, Joint Personal Property Shipping Office storage management technician, with a certificate for a below-the-zone promotion to senior airman at her office on base March 13.
