Dennis accepts command of C3I and Networks

Lt. Gen. Arnold W. Bunch, Jr., military deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, passes the Air Force flag to Maj. Gen. Dwyer L. Dennis during the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks change in leadership at the Minuteman Commons April 25, while Master Sgt. Siam Bean looks on. As program executive officer for C3I and Networks, Dennis is responsible for more than 2,200 personnel and acquisition execution of a $10.9 billion portfolio developing, deploying and sustaining Air Force, joint and coalition cyberspace, networks, cryptologic and data link systems to enable decisive combat operations.
