BACN outfitted aircraft makes Hanscom stop

Members of the Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN) program team stand in front of an E-11A, which is one of the aircraft outfitted with BACN, at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., July 30. The aircraft was able to stop at Hanscom enroute to heavy maintenance so the personnel who work on the program, which translates and distributes data in order to improve warfighter situational awareness, could see their work.
