Former Army Ranger speaks to Hanscom personnel

Retired U.S. Army Master Sgt. Eric Stebner gave a first-person account of the Battle of Roberts’ Ridge, where Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. John Chapman was killed in action, during at an event at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., Jan. 30. Stebner, a former Army Ranger, spoke about teamwork and the acquisitions impact to the warfighter during the session hosted by the Boston Chapter of the National Contract Management Association.
