Brig. Gen. Joshua Williams, program executive officer for Cyber and Networks, presents Col. David Chaboya, senior materiel leader within the Cyber and Networks Directorate, with a retirement certificate during a ceremony at Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., June 24. Chaboya retired after 26 years of service. In his last role, he was responsible for providing Enterprise IT as a Service, DAF365 collaboration services, identity and access management, cybersecurity protections and end-user computing tools, enabling Airmen and Guardians to accomplish the mission.
