The survey includes questions about employees’ work-life, job and organizational satisfaction, commitment, engagement, performance management and communication. It measures employee perceptions of whether their organization is successful.

    New civilian employees can expect to get on the job faster as a result of a new, standardized Air Force Materiel Command Civilian Acculturation Program. The acculturation program aims to decrease on-boarding time while increasing effectiveness, ultimately setting employees up for success.
  • AFMC to host Virtual Career Fair

    The Air Force Materiel Command, in conjunction with the Air Force Personnel Center, will host a Virtual Career Fair Dec. 17, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST. The event will focus on filling more than 100 vacancies across the command in career fields to include contracting, financial management, force support, information technology, intelligence, logistics, medical, program management, public affairs, safety and security.
