6/3/2010 - HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. -- Tricare Online conveniently allows individuals enrolled in Tricare Prime with the 66th Medical Group the opportunity to schedule primary care medical appointments 24 hours per day from any computer with Internet access.

66th Medical Group Tricare Prime enrollees can book routine, well and acute appointments via the TOL website, which is located at First-time users will need to register in order to receive an account and password. To register, click on the 'log on' icon at the top of the home page, and then follow the prompts to register. A separate account is required for each family member because the TOL program matches appointments to each patient based on the assigned primary care manager, as well as the patient's age and gender.

Additionally, once active-duty servicemembers register their Common Access Cards on the Air Force Portal page, they can easily sign in to and access the TOL application without having to sign in again. This process is not available for those who do not have CACs, such as family members, retirees or retired family members.

Registered patients will find booking appointments on the site easy and convenient. After logging in, patients should select the 'book appointment' link and scroll down the page to the 'view appointments' section. From the drop down menu, patients should select the desired reason for the appointment. After selecting the reason for the appointment, a list of available appointment dates and times will appear. Patients can select the preferred date and time to book the appointment.
