HANSCOM AIR FORCE BASE, Mass. – Lt. Gen. Shaun Q. Morris, commander, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, will present the annual “State of the Center” address Jan. 23.
The event is sponsored by the Lexington-Concord Chapter of AFCEA and will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Burlington Marriott hotel, located at One Burlington Mall Road in Burlington, Mass.
Attendance is open to all and admission is by ticket only. For military members O-3 and above, and government civilians GS-12 and above, tickets are $25. For O-2 and below, and GS-11 and below, tickets are $20. Industry tickets are $65 for AFCEA members and $100 for non-members.

AFLCMC is composed of fourteen execution directorates, two of which – the Digital Directorate and the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks Directorate – are headquartered here. The 66th Air Base Group at Hanscom, which operates the installation, is also part of AFLCMC, as is the 88th Air Base Wing at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
AFLCMC is responsible for total life cycle management for aircraft, engines, munitions, electronic, computer, network, cyber and agile combat support systems. The center employs more than 28,000 people and has a budget of approximately $304 billion.
Morris has commanded AFLCMC since Sept. 3, 2020.
